Develops and executes regional marketing plans supporting business growth, community engagement, and institutional visibility. Coordinates marketing and community events, budgets, logistics, social media content, photography and videography, trade organization relationships, promotional inventory, and campaign reporting. Partners with lending and account teams and represents the institution at branch, community, and state events. The role requires travel within the assigned region and working onsite at an Association office five days per week.

A 24-month rotational leadership development program giving recent graduates hands-on experience across lending, credit, accounting, marketing, risk management, operations, communications, and executive exposure. Participants complete cross-functional assignments, customer visits, branch operations, and community engagement while developing leadership, relationship-building, and financial skills. Travel throughout the service territory, including occasional overnight travel, is required.
