Teams at Alabama Ag Credit

A 24-month rotational leadership development program giving recent graduates hands-on experience across lending, credit, accounting, marketing, risk management, operations, communications, and executive exposure. Participants complete cross-functional assignments, customer visits, branch operations, and community engagement while developing leadership, relationship-building, and financial skills. Travel throughout the service territory, including occasional overnight travel, is required.

Analyze and service mortgage and commercial loans, evaluate complex credit relationships and loan participations, review financial statements and tax returns, advise relationship managers on lending policies, ensure accurate risk ratings and credit administration, prepare credit decisions and reports. Occasional travel required.

Lead development and management of capital markets relationships for ag lending. Evaluate and structure complex credit opportunities, negotiate transaction terms, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, monitor portfolio performance and loan quality, provide credit guidance and reporting to leadership, and mentor staff as a credit resource.
