The role develops policies and processes, oversees recruitment and employee development, supports financial controls, manages branding and social media, guides grant proposals, engages government and partner stakeholders, and represents the organization at relevant forums. It requires strong leadership, communication, financial oversight, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with travel as needed.

Oversee nationwide operations for government-school education programs and Akshar Forum in Guwahati. Responsibilities include strategic planning, program delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and government partnerships, risk and compliance management, impact measurement, advocacy, and public relations. The role leads teams, scales educational initiatives, monitors performance, ensures financial accountability, and represents the organization with donors and external partners.

Leads organization-wide learning and development initiatives, including training needs assessments, annual L&D planning, program design, workshop and e-learning delivery, coaching, mentoring, capacity building, and leadership development. Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback, dashboards, and performance data. Partners with HR, program teams, leadership, external experts, teachers, and field teams to align learning programs with organizational goals and the Akshar educational model. The role also mentors the L&D team and requires travel to assigned locations.
