Coordinates Akshar’s education model across government schools in Morigaon. Builds relationships with school stakeholders, trains teachers on educational tools, plans school activities, supervises 2–3 assistants, manages vocational training, and ensures effective program implementation. The role requires communication, organization, leadership, English and Assamese proficiency, Microsoft Office expertise, and advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

Oversee educational program implementation across assigned schools, manage and mentor field teams and vocational trainers, monitor attendance and student outcomes, prepare reports, coordinate with school and government stakeholders, and ensure curriculum quality, child safeguarding, and organizational compliance.

Implement the Akshar Education Model in government schools across Sewapuri, build relationships with school leadership and teachers, train staff, plan and coordinate school activities, supervise 2–3 assistants, and coordinate vocational training programs. The role also requires project and program management, team leadership, communication, bilingual Hindi and English proficiency, and Excel-based data management.
