Manages Airtel Money revenue assurance controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage, fraud, errors, and missed opportunities. Reviews service and revenue paths, performs risk analysis and UAT, develops control environments and SOPs, coordinates issue resolution with cross-functional technology teams, conducts root-cause analysis, and provides regular management reports. The role also supports system launches, compliance initiatives, process improvements, and accurate, timely closure of revenue-loss incidents.

Responsible for power management, passive infrastructure, and standards assurance across data centers and telecommunications facilities.
