Develop and manage the lifecycle of Airtel Money loans, savings, and wealth products. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap development, business cases, customer growth, launches, feature prioritization, portfolio performance, pricing, partner management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and KPI reporting. The role collaborates with Technology, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external financial-service partners to drive product adoption, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Monitors telecom revenue assurance compliance, detects revenue leakage, identifies missed revenue opportunities, analyzes subscriber and product KPIs, and generates management and regulatory reports using SQL and database systems. The role supports risk analysis and user acceptance testing for new product launches, coordinates issue closure, implements assurance best practices, and addresses audit findings while ensuring accurate revenue and billing processes.

Prepare and post accurate GL entries, perform month‑on‑month analysis, manage reconciliations (BRS, CIH, CIT), produce management cash and sales reports, submit ICOFR certifications, coordinate issue resolution, handle shop e‑value deallocation, NDC and debt swap processes, and ensure customers adhere to credit terms.
