Manage assigned customer accounts, process purchase orders in ERP systems, provide pricing and order updates, coordinate changes and resolutions, and monitor shipments. The role communicates with customers and cross-functional manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and responsive issue resolution. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-through, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management tools.

Leads chemical and materials testing for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Develops and validates laboratory methods, interprets data, maintains equipment, and investigates nonconformances, deviations, and complaints through root cause analysis. Partners with QA, Production, Engineering, and R&D on product validation, formulation trials, scale-up, process optimization, and corrective actions. Maintains technical documentation, supports SOPs and training, and helps ensure OSHA, EPA, and applicable quality compliance.

Support production and quality teams to improve processes, audit and document workflows, train production staff, troubleshoot production issues, and apply CAD and manufacturing best practices to diverse products.

Lead and maintain the AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management System, plan and lead internal and external audits, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, supervise QA staff, ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, and support operational inspection and calibration programs.
