Manage production scheduling, inventory, and tracking to meet customer demand. Coordinate with purchasing, quality, engineering, and materials teams, maintain ERP/MRP records, generate production metrics reports, and support capacity planning and continuous improvement.

Provide reception and general office administrative support including managing supplies, mail, document preparation, and assisting leadership and team members. Plan and help execute employee events and engagement activities. Maintain organization, handle multiple priorities, and deliver friendly customer-service interactions.

Manage the conversion department: schedule production and personnel, supervise operations, drive process improvements and projects, ensure quality and inventory accuracy, conduct hiring and performance reviews, enforce safety and housekeeping, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and planning to meet shipping schedules.

Support the Compliance Manager by researching regulations (export controls, health & safety), conducting compliance reviews, maintaining SDS and SOPs, tracking corrective actions, updating databases, preparing reports, and performing data entry to ensure facility regulatory compliance.

Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts; process purchase orders in the ERP, provide pricing/availability/lead times and shipment updates, coordinate order changes and logistics with Production/Shipping/Engineering/Sales/Accounting, monitor orders for on-time shipment, resolve customer concerns, maintain account records, and support domestic and international customers.

Support production and quality teams to improve processes, audit and document workflows, train production staff, troubleshoot production issues, and apply CAD and manufacturing best practices to diverse products.
