Oversee the conversion department’s day-to-day production: create schedules, supervise staff, ensure inventory accuracy and housekeeping, lead process improvements and projects, coordinate with engineering/maintenance, manage quality rework decisions, hire/train and perform performance reviews, enforce safety (including forklift certification), and report delays to planning/customer service.

Support the Compliance Manager by researching regulations (export controls, health & safety), monitoring legislative changes, performing compliance reviews, maintaining SDS and SOP records, tracking corrective actions, updating databases, preparing reports, and assisting with document control and data entry.

Manage production scheduling, inventory, and tracking to meet customer demand. Coordinate with purchasing, quality, engineering, and materials teams, maintain ERP/MRP records, generate production metrics reports, and support capacity planning and continuous improvement.
