Leads Inflight Services, Ground Handling, and Customer Service operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, service quality, staffing, training, budgeting, and operational performance. Manages flight attendant labor relations and collective bargaining matters, partners with Crew Planning and Finance, oversees ground-handling vendors, maintains inflight manuals and programs, coordinates with the FAA, and provides after-hours operational support.

Provides engineering and technical support for aircraft maintenance operations, including manufacturer liaison, aircraft acceptance, maintenance program administration, Engineering Orders, technical publications, troubleshooting, weight and balance control, and maintenance reporting. The role supports compliance with regulations and company procedures in maintenance offices, hangars, ramps, and aircraft environments, with occasional travel and irregular operational call-ins.
