Responsibilities include facilitating workshops and interviews, creating user stories, use cases, process flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, and mockups, tracking requirements, coordinating UAT, maintaining traceability, managing change control, and verifying post-implementation enhancements.

Provides second-in-command leadership for a state agency IT division, overseeing infrastructure, business applications, helpdesk services, staff, managed service providers, cybersecurity operations, compliance, integrations, procurement, and technology planning. The role manages service performance, vulnerability and incident response activities, audits, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications in a regulated financial environment. It is fully onsite in Columbia, South Carolina, with occasional after-hours, weekend, and on-call responsibilities.
