Lead metadata acquisition, enrichment, and governance for HHSC's EIM/PMAS. Serve as liaison between IT and program staff, automate metadata ingestion, extract and analyze metadata, validate AI outputs, develop prompt libraries and glossary tools, create visualizations, train non-technical users, and troubleshoot metadata and lineage issues to support reporting and decision-making.

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless/VPN services across Austin and San Antonio. Maintain routing, switching, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, secure segmentation, network diagrams, monitoring, asset inventory, and change management. Coordinate carriers, vendors, and internal teams; support procurement, migrations, vulnerability remediation, incident fact-gathering, and occasional after-hours maintenance in a hybrid, high-assurance IT environment.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Snowflake administration, Python automation, AKS container orchestration, and Azure monitoring to build secure, governed cloud data and AI pipelines. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure performant, observable, and compliant cloud data solutions in a hybrid Austin-based role.

Manage and optimize enterprise Snowflake platform, implement RBAC/SSO, enable Snowflake Cortex AI features, build and support DBT pipelines and Openflow workflows, monitor performance and costs, enforce security controls (encryption, masking, auditing), create automation scripts, and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and AI teams.

Lead architecture and engineering for multi-cloud (Azure/GCP) infrastructure and AI/data platforms. Direct a cloud brokering team, implement monitoring and alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, Logstash, Twilio), manage Informatica Cloud integrations, enforce IAM and FedRAMP compliance, support Tier 2/3 production issues, and coordinate across engineering, data, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform reliability and delivery.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management solutions for healthcare provider and member domains using Informatica (IDMC/PowerCenter). Build ETL pipelines into MDM using Oracle and Snowflake, manage metadata and deployments, collaborate with data architects and stakeholders, enforce governance and security standards, and develop/validate AI prompt/query templates for master data retrieval and synthesis.

Provide senior technical oversight for CAPPS Recruit and related CAPPS components, lead migration from Oracle Taleo to PeopleSoft Recruit, ensure vendor deliverables meet CAPPS SDLC and standards, perform code reviews, support integrations and Level 2 service desk, ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1), participate in testing, audits, and disaster recovery, and collaborate with agencies and managed services to maintain system performance and data quality.

Provide senior-level technical oversight for CAPPS ERP (HR/Payroll/Financials): manage vendor development/testing, ensure coding and SDLC compliance, oversee accessibility (WCAG 2.1), perform Level 2 service desk support, review code and integrations, participate in disaster recovery and SOC-1 activities, and maintain IT security and ITIL-based service practices.

Provide senior enterprise architecture and technical leadership for the CAPPS Program: define roadmap and standards, lead Technology Operations, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, oversee upgrades, accessibility compliance, contract oversight, troubleshooting, documentation, and procurement support.

Lead product vision and technical roadmap for the CAPPS Program (HR/Payroll, Financials, STARR). Provide architectural leadership, vendor/contract oversight, accessibility and security compliance, identity/access management, PathLock administration, PeopleSoft upgrades, and technical procurement advisory while coordinating cross-functional teams and Managed Services.
