Own and administer the Redwood RunMyJobs platform, including scheduling, workflow orchestration, job dependencies, monitoring, troubleshooting, integrations, configuration, patching, and security. Develop automated batch workflows and support file transfers, APIs, CI/CD, cloud environments, and mainframe systems. Partner with architects, engineers, developers, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable automation solutions and improve operational processes.

Provide advanced functional support for the CCMS platform: monitor and resolve incidents, maintain documentation and knowledge base, coordinate UAT, create and execute test scenarios, validate fixes, develop training and user communications, and liaise between business and technical teams for continuous improvement.

Serve as a senior liaison between technical teams and program stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and data requirements. Validate system behavior, support solution design, track requirements through the SDLC, and mentor peers in business analysis best practices.

Lead and deliver complex technology projects (enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, integrations) from initiation through operational transition. Develop charters, plans, schedules, governance; coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; manage risks, testing, deployments, and provide executive-level reporting.

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft-stack solutions including web apps, RESTful APIs, front-end interfaces, database schemas, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports. Collaborate with analysts and teams, write tests, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and support Power Platform components like Dataverse and Canvas Apps.

Design, develop, and enhance Jasper Reports and related Oracle database objects. Perform advanced data aggregation, analysis, unit testing, and SDLC/Agile development tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project scope, document changes, and deliver accurate statewide education reporting for Texas school districts.

Manage and execute QA testing for modernization of workers' compensation systems. Plan and monitor test activities, oversee UAT, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing, review test results, create test strategies and scripts, coordinate test data and schedules, evaluate automated QA tools, and mentor testing staff while working within an Agile scrum team and with TDI leadership.
