Develop, deploy, maintain, and support custom and commercial GIS applications for TxDOT. Build features, modify front-end and GIS code, publish and troubleshoot ArcGIS Server map services, analyze GIS data, monitor performance, resolve security vulnerabilities, and maintain policy compliance. Provide technical support to end users and collaborate with TxDOT divisions, districts, vendors, and cross-functional teams on project and operational work.

Supports Texas Education Agency system enhancement and rewrite projects by eliciting, documenting, managing, and validating business and software requirements throughout the SDLC. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops and interviews, creating user stories, use cases, process flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, and mockups, tracking requirements, coordinating UAT, maintaining traceability, managing change control, and verifying post-implementation enhancements.
