Support operations for a large public and fleet EV charging network: process rebates and incentives, verify compliance, validate data, generate reports, support outreach and customer-facing program education, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve EV operations and customer experience.

Support TDCJ network operations, security, and maintenance across ~100 sites; troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls; monitor circuits; configure core-to-remote equipment; design and implement LAN/WAN; provide ongoing problem resolution; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Lead PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM upgrades and manage multiple PeopleSoft environments on Linux/Oracle. Configure middleware (WebLogic, Tuxedo), troubleshoot PeopleTools 8.6x, perform advanced Linux and SQL scripting, maintain search frameworks (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch), coordinate with DBAs, and document configuration and upgrade procedures. May require off-hours work during upgrade cycles.
