Provides customer support for e-commerce orders through phone, email, and live chat. Handles order placement, part identification, shipping inquiries, returns, warranties, delivery issues, and manufacturer coordination. Maintains customer, product, and order data across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems. Supports site updates, marketing initiatives, process documentation, automation, and workflow improvements while coordinating with sales, service, accounting, and warehouse teams.

Supports HVAC sales through mechanical drawing interpretation, equipment take-offs, product selection, pricing, quoting, and proposal development. Reviews project specifications, configures equipment using manufacturer software, verifies accuracy, and provides technical support to sales teams, manufacturers, contractors, and customers. The role also manages multiple bids, maintains project documentation, meets deadlines, participates in product training, and helps improve estimating and proposal processes.

Leads accounting and transactional finance across 6–15 operating entities, overseeing close, consolidations, reporting, controls, audits, cash management, and compliance. Partners with FP&A and operations to improve working capital, margins, and profitability. Drives Oracle ERP process improvements, supports acquisitions and accounting integrations, and manages a 9–15-person regional accounting team while developing talent and standardizing processes.

Manage HVAC controls projects end-to-end: plan execution, schedule resources and procurement, oversee engineering and field teams, ensure programming/commissioning, coordinate subcontractors/trades, handle billing/change orders, perform customer training and warranty support, and maintain project documentation and safety compliance.

Coordinate active equipment, labor, and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion. Manage schedules, deadlines, deliverables, project financials, purchase orders, invoicing, manufacturer and customer communications, and warranty processes. Work with internal teams, manufacturers, contractors, engineers, and end users to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Support inventory and office tasks, learn manufacturer software, and attend training as needed.

Process 8–9 multi-state payrolls across multiple operating companies and pay cycles. Validate time, PTO, employee changes, wages, deductions, taxes, commissions, and benefits; reconcile payroll and retirement contributions; maintain records; prepare reports and tax documents; resolve tax and employee issues; support audits; and ensure compliance using ADP Workforce Now and related systems.

Lead an inside sales team to ensure orders are placed and fulfilled, grow customer and supplier relationships, provide quotes and technical support, pursue new sales opportunities, assist hiring/training and daily workflow, use ERP/reporting tools, support warehouse tasks, and meet department sales goals.

Manage 8–9 payrolls across multiple operating companies, including weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly cycles. Process wages, deductions, taxes, commissions, benefits, and employee changes using ADP Workforce Now. Ensure multistate compliance, resolve tax issues, reconcile payroll and retirement contributions, conduct audits, prepare reports, maintain records, and support employees with payroll inquiries.

Processes HVAC product orders received by phone, email, and walk-ins; tracks shipments, coordinates deliveries, supports warranty and freight claims, and assists account management. The role also enters and maintains orders in Fishbowl, processes customer returns and credits, prepares UPS shipments, answers customer inquiries, and assists with warehouse order picking. Strong communication, customer service, sales, order processing, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Sell HVAC equipment and solutions to commercial and residential customers. Build and maintain client relationships, develop project specifications, manage bids and contract negotiations, oversee project installation and troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal project staff to meet sales goals.

Coordinate equipment selection, submittals, pricing, ship dates and project documentation for multiple HVAC projects. Manage schedules, costs, vendor/manufacturer communication, and customer relationships while reading plans, tracking shipments, and supporting commissioning and invoicing.

Promote and sell HVAC equipment and DDC building automation systems to mechanical engineers and contractors. Prepare bids, proposals, layouts, and technical submittals. Build and maintain customer and manufacturer relationships, support sales team coordination, attend job sites and trade shows, and handle follow-up, warranty/freight issues, and occasional overnight travel.

Manage multiple HVAC aftermarket projects from order entry through delivery and invoicing. Coordinate schedules, costs, submittals, shipments, and communications with owners, architects, contractors, manufacturers, and internal teams. Support parts counter, quotes, accounts receivable, and reporting while maintaining project files and tracking lead times.
