Designs, programs, and maintains HVAC control software; troubleshoots remotely and onsite; supports customers and technicians; coordinates team activities, safety training, and project billing/scheduling. Requires travel and leadership.

Inspect, diagnose, repair, startup, commission and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems—especially LG VRF. Manage field technicians, coordinate startups/warranty documentation, perform preventative maintenance, train customers/contractors, and ensure safety and proper paperwork.

Manage project accounting lifecycle: create and approve billings in Intacct and Ariba, set up and close project accounts, maintain contracts/change orders, process postings/allocations/accruals, review supplier invoices, investigate variances, coordinate receivables, and report project profitability.
