Provides customer support for e-commerce orders through phone, email, and live chat. Handles order placement, part identification, shipping inquiries, returns, warranties, delivery issues, and manufacturer coordination. Maintains customer, product, and order data across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems. Supports site updates, marketing initiatives, process documentation, automation, and workflow improvements while coordinating with sales, service, accounting, and warehouse teams.

Supports HVAC sales through mechanical drawing interpretation, equipment take-offs, product selection, pricing, quoting, and proposal development. Reviews project specifications, configures equipment using manufacturer software, verifies accuracy, and provides technical support to sales teams, manufacturers, contractors, and customers. The role also manages multiple bids, maintains project documentation, meets deadlines, participates in product training, and helps improve estimating and proposal processes.

Leads accounting and transactional finance across 6–15 operating entities, overseeing close, consolidations, reporting, controls, audits, cash management, and compliance. Partners with FP&A and operations to improve working capital, margins, and profitability. Drives Oracle ERP process improvements, supports acquisitions and accounting integrations, and manages a 9–15-person regional accounting team while developing talent and standardizing processes.
