Lead and oversee HIV testing and prevention programs in Southern Nevada, ensuring quality assurance, client satisfaction, PrEP delivery, contract compliance, and reporting. Manage and support client-facing prevention staff, build community partnerships, coordinate with public health jurisdictions, and promote a patient-centered, team-oriented environment to maximize reach to at-risk individuals.

Support pharmacists with daily pharmacy tasks, assist in medication dispensing and patient interactions, uphold patient privacy and HIV stigma sensitivity, follow AHF pharmacy policies and scope of practice, and collaborate with healthcare providers and staff.

Represent AHF Pharmacy to providers and patients across an assigned region, build relationships, create business and marketing plans, drive patient referrals and medication adherence, resolve provider/patient issues, and promote AHF services to expand pharmacy presence.

Supervise OTC store sales operations: ring up purchases, assist customers, ensure accurate cash/credit handling, act as keyholder, support and coach team members, and provide feedback to management to improve service and revenue.

Represent AHF Pharmacy to build relationships with providers and patients, drive pharmacy service referrals, develop regional business and marketing plans focused on HIV/STD/Hepatitis, support medication adherence and managed-care navigation, and resolve customer/provider issues to expand pharmacy presence and patient access.

Ensure provider contracts comply with state and federal requirements, manage corrective actions, obtain letters of agreement for non-contracted providers, keep contracting documents and templates current, and validate provider network data with IT to meet network adequacy and enrollee/provider requirements.

Verify and ship high-volume refill orders using pharmacy automation systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Standardize and apply processes and policies across locations, collaborate with team members, and support other pharmacists to improve patient medication access and outcomes.

Represent AHF Pharmacy in a defined region by building relationships with providers and patients, developing business and marketing plans targeting HIV/STD/Hepatitis care, promoting medication adherence, guiding patients through managed care, resolving provider or patient complaints, and advancing AHF’s mission and core values.

Lead pharmacy operations and standardize best practices across sites, innovate and implement systems/processes, collaborate with colleagues, train staff, attend meetings and community events, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) medical case management for Ryan White clients: complete needs assessments, develop action/care plans, provide education on diagnoses/medications, coordinate referrals for mental health and basic needs, and support clients toward viral suppression and improved health outcomes.
