Supports payroll financial accuracy and compliance through bank, general ledger, funding, and payroll reconciliations; Positive Pay reporting; stale check and escheatment processes; month-end close; 401(k) funding; state reporting; audits; discrepancy resolution; documentation; and internal control improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, and other departments on payroll audits, system initiatives, registrations, company codes, and organizational changes.

Provides tactical and strategic HR support to domestic staff and management. Advises on HR policies, benefits, recruiting, training, employee relations, and organizational issues; researches and resolves routine and complex HR questions; interprets policies; and partners with leaders to attract, develop, motivate, and retain employees.
