Participate in a six-month training program preparing for lending or crop insurance careers. Lending trainees learn credit analysis, financial statement review, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, collateral evaluation, and customer relationship management. Insurance trainees pursue state licensing and learn crop insurance servicing, documentation, compliance, policy administration, and customer education. Both roles require coursework, teamwork, customer interaction, and participation in training. Positions are available across Arizona, California, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, with workplace flexibility after initial in-office training.

Full-time summer interns gain exposure to financial services careers, primarily in agricultural credit and lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal. Interns receive coaching, complete an individual research project, and follow a formal learning guide while exploring business areas. The program lasts approximately 10–12 weeks from June through August and is intended for current college students pursuing relevant bachelor's degrees.

Supports business teams by eliciting and documenting requirements, improving processes, evaluating solution options, preparing business cases, and implementing business or technical solutions. Performs post-implementation analysis, journey mapping, reporting, and organizational change communications. Also coordinates small to medium projects, maintains project portfolio information, supports innovation requests, and ensures work follows business analysis, project management, and IT control standards.

Leads asset-liability management analytics focused on interest rate risk modeling using QRM software. Manages ALM production cycles, model calibration, scenario analysis, reporting, governance, testing, automation, dashboards, and data processes. Provides Treasury and ALCO analysis and recommendations on funding, hedging, investments, pricing, liquidity, and balance sheet strategies. Partners with Treasury leadership, IS teams, Model Risk, auditors, and regulators to improve model controls, data quality, and reporting efficiency.

Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, expense reimbursements, fixed assets, and general accounting. Supervise, coach, and develop staff; ensure accurate financial data, GAAP and regulatory compliance, internal controls, and timely reporting. Support audits, system implementations, upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements. Coordinate with leadership, HR, internal audit, regulators, and external auditors while managing employee performance, onboarding, and operational risk.

Directs crop insurance operations in AgWest’s Washington Lending and Insurance department. Manages Insurance Specialist workflow, priorities, performance, staffing, and development; oversees MPCI and Hail processing, renewal forms, reporting, databases, regulatory compliance, and monitoring systems. Coordinates with agents and marketing staff on policy updates and customer materials, maintains crop insurance expertise, and represents organizational values. The role requires up to 40% travel throughout the AgWest territory.

Markets and sells agricultural loans and related financial services while developing customer relationships. Evaluates financial statements, collateral, management practices, repayment ability, and credit risk; prepares credit analyses and recommendations; approves loans within delegated authority; monitors account performance; supports loan closings and credit administration; and coordinates with internal teams. Represents AgWest in agricultural and civic organizations. Requires up to 25% travel throughout the territory.

Manage and grow customer lending relationships in agriculture, performing credit analysis, loan origination and servicing, collateral inspections, loan closings, and portfolio monitoring. Communicate with customers and internal teams, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and support community engagement and business development across the AgWest territory.

Designs, deploys, automates, monitors, and supports Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Implements IaC, CI/CD, hybrid connectivity, security and governance controls, and operational automation. Troubleshoots incidents, optimizes cost/performance, and collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.
