Provide insurance product and administrative support for agricultural customers: gather and enter applicant information, maintain databases, ensure compliance, assist agents, handle clerical tasks, monitor follow-ups, and maintain industry knowledge. Role requires state insurance licensure within six months and strong customer service, data integrity, and organizational skills.

Manage and resolve adversely classified loan portfolios for agricultural customers by performing financial analysis, servicing delinquent accounts, negotiating resolutions, preparing credit packages, classifying loans, overseeing collateral valuations and acquired property, and collaborating with lending and legal teams to mitigate risk and return accounts to performing status.

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, tax accruals, and supporting schedules. Research and apply federal, state, and local tax rules and GAAP. Support quarterly/annual regulatory, tax, and financial reporting, controls, system functionality, audits, and process improvements. Coordinate with stakeholders and assist on ad hoc analyses and projects.

Manage and grow customer lending relationships in agricultural markets by marketing loan products, performing credit analysis, monitoring loan performance, assisting with loan closings, conducting on-site collateral inspections, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant loan servicing.

Manage and remediate adversely classified loan portfolio through financial analysis, loan classification, collateral valuation, customer negotiations, and collaboration with lending and insurance teams. Perform credit investigations, prepare reports, participate in loan closings, and ensure compliance with policies and information security. Travel up to 25%.
