Role requires state insurance licensure within six months and strong customer service, data integrity, and organizational skills.

Manage and resolve adversely classified loan portfolios for agricultural customers by performing financial analysis, servicing delinquent accounts, negotiating resolutions, preparing credit packages, classifying loans, overseeing collateral valuations and acquired property, and collaborating with lending and legal teams to mitigate risk and return accounts to performing status.

Manage front desk reception, handle mail and daily deliveries, coordinate office supplies and snacks across regional offices, procure and inventory standard IT hardware, process shipping requests, and support employee recognition distribution while maintaining company policies and internal controls.

Manage and resolve adversely classified agricultural loan portfolio through financial analysis, servicing, negotiations, and credit recommendations.
