Teams at AgWest Farm Credit

Markets and sells agricultural loans and related financial services while developing customer relationships. Evaluates financial statements, collateral, management practices, repayment ability, and credit risk; prepares credit analyses and recommendations; approves loans within delegated authority; monitors account performance; supports loan closings and credit administration; and coordinates with internal teams. Represents AgWest in agricultural and civic organizations. Requires up to 25% travel throughout the territory.

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, tax accruals, and supporting schedules. Research and apply federal, state, and local tax rules and GAAP. Support quarterly/annual regulatory, tax, and financial reporting, controls, system functionality, audits, and process improvements. Coordinate with stakeholders and assist on ad hoc analyses and projects.

Manage and grow customer lending relationships in agriculture, performing credit analysis, loan origination and servicing, collateral inspections, loan closings, and portfolio monitoring. Communicate with customers and internal teams, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and support community engagement and business development across the AgWest territory.
