Manage accounts payable, fixed assets, expense reimbursements, and general accounting; supervise and develop staff; maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance; support audits, system implementations, and accounting process improvements.

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, tax accruals, and supporting schedules. Research and apply federal, state, and local tax rules and GAAP. Support quarterly/annual regulatory, tax, and financial reporting, controls, system functionality, audits, and process improvements. Coordinate with stakeholders and assist on ad hoc analyses and projects.

Perform credit analysis for small to medium agricultural loan portfolios: gather and analyze financial statements and tax records, prepare credit recommendations, conduct farm visits and collateral inspections, support loan closings and administration, research agricultural industries, maintain customer relationships, assist with large loan processes, perform credit investigations, and participate in marketing, training, and cross-selling activities.
