Serve as plant SME for PLC, HMI/SCADA, instrumentation, robotics, and industrial networking. Prepare and pick product orders, load and unload trailers, and perform inventory counts on request. Must work all shifts in a refrigerated (4°C) environment and handle repetitive lifting.

Advise and coach site managers on employee relations, staffing, health & safety, succession planning and performance management. Lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws and H&S procedures, participate in committees, and support organizational development and change management.

Perform production and warehouse tasks including picking customer orders and inventory duties. Work in cold (-35°C) environments, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available for night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Follow safety procedures; prior food-processing or warehouse experience is an asset.

Supervise rotary shift production operations from raw material receipt to finished product distribution. Manage and train shift teams, meet quality/quantity/cost/timeline targets, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance (ISO, HACCP, GFSI, HALAL), lead continuous improvement and problem-solving, coordinate packaging and workforce allocation, run performance meetings, and maintain relations with on-site collaborators while upholding the collective agreement.

Lead the digital procurement and AI strategy to modernize Source-to-Pay processes. Own platform vision (ERP, SAP, Coupa), drive tool selection and implementation, quantify value via KPIs, enable adoption and change management, and establish governance across Procurement, IT, Data, and Finance.

Lead network architect who designs, deploys and evolves resilient enterprise and hybrid cloud networks. Serves as level‑3 technical authority, defines standards and designs, manages lifecycle and capacity, enforces security and ITIL governance, mentors teams, and evaluates future technologies and partners.

Design and manage structured learning journeys across digital platforms, integrate external content providers, administer learning platforms, measure engagement and adoption, collaborate with HR and talent partners, and support users to improve organizational capability and employee development.

Work with the Automation Team to monitor and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, perform equipment calibration and scheduled maintenance, complete documentation and technical reports, learn automation practices and safety/GMP, and present internship project outcomes.

The role involves leading enterprise-scale automation and OT software programs, aligning strategies with cybersecurity, mentoring teams, and engaging with senior leadership to support business goals.
