Plans and leads food product and process innovation from ideation through commercialization, including laboratory, pilot, industrial trials, formulations, specifications, sensory evaluations, and qualification. Provides technical support to manufacturing, marketing, regulatory, engineering, procurement, suppliers, and B2B customers. Identifies cost-reduction and performance-improvement opportunities, resolves technical issues and complaints, evaluates new technologies, and supports regulatory compliance.

Operate and monitor cheese packaging and casing equipment while maintaining safety, sanitation, quality, and production standards.
