Lead development and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity strategy and controls. Manage security operations, incident response, digital forensics, risk management, third-party security, compliance, audits, security awareness/training, and reporting. Oversee and mentor the information security team and coordinate with stakeholders to protect data, systems, and networks while ensuring regulatory and industry standard compliance.

Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for 1–3 manufacturing sites: source, screen, interview, assess, and place hourly and specialized roles. Build talent pipelines, partner with plant leaders, represent the company at job fairs, and optimize recruitment processes to meet production targets.

Lead and execute site-wide operational training for manufacturing, operationalize the local Education & Training roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams on Health & Safety, Quality, and Compliance training, analyze and optimize training effectiveness, deploy digital learning tools, build and coach a local training team, and drive continuous improvement in operator skills and standard work.
