Serve as the primary MES functional lead between plant operations and IT. Capture and structure manufacturing requirements, produce user stories/functional specs, lead UAT, support deployments, training, change management, go-live and hypercare, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to ensure MES solutions align with shopfloor reality.

Lead market, customer, and category insights by extracting and integrating data from multiple sources, developing best practices and training, maintaining business tools, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and presenting actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
