Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for 1–3 manufacturing sites: source, screen, interview, assess, and place hourly and specialized roles. Build talent pipelines, partner with plant leaders, represent the company at job fairs, and optimize recruitment processes to meet production targets.

Plan and schedule production for cheese, cream blends, and by-products; manage milk transport and by-product logistics; track production hours, maintain raw material inventories, perform monthly counts, attend daily production meetings, and follow up with internal and external clients to monitor key categories and bottlenecks.

Partner with plant operations to manage plant financials: analyze raw material yields, perform month-end close and variance analysis, develop budgets and plant costing, present results to leadership, monitor KPIs, and provide cost-control recommendations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
