Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, management reporting, KPI analysis, and executive commentary. Partner with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to analyze financial performance, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations. Improve reporting tools and automation, strengthen finance governance and knowledge sharing, and lead ad hoc cross-functional projects. The role requires strong financial judgment, stakeholder communication, Excel and SAP expertise, and the ability to guide junior colleagues in an international environment.

Lead global workforce intelligence within HR by defining governance, workforce-planning methodologies, cost budgets, forecasts, dashboards, reporting standards, and strategic insights. Partner with Finance, IT, HR leaders, and global affiliates to integrate workforce and financial data, advance automation, establish KPIs, support executive decisions, and build analytics capabilities. The role also mentors junior colleagues and coordinates global stakeholders.

Lead global harmonization and lifecycle management of the flavor portfolio. Own governance, optimize flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market, manage digital tools (e.g., SAP), define and track KPIs, ensure reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain.

Leads strategic and tactical procurement for AGRANA’s Chemicals category across the group. Responsibilities include category strategy, market analysis, supplier lifecycle management, tenders, negotiations, framework agreements, demand planning, master data, performance reporting, and cross-divisional procurement coordination. Requires at least five years of procurement experience, SAP and MS Office proficiency, strong negotiation and analytical skills, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Lead industrialization of AI across manufacturing: identify and prioritize use cases, run pilots from scoping to implementation, define KPIs and ROI, scale solutions across sites, bridge Operations and AI Center of Excellence, support change management and capability building, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, energy, reliability, and safety.

Manage and optimize the groups digital marketing ecosystem across website, social media and newsletters. Execute cross-channel campaigns to drive leads, engagement and conversion, coordinate trade-fair and event marketing, align content with Corporate Communications, support divisional adoption of digital tools, and track/ improve marketing performance integrated with CRM and sales.
