YOUR MISSION
B2B sales of compound flavors for existing and new customers
Independent, strategic, and operational management of defined country groups and key accounts in the compound flavors business
Development of new customer segments and acquisition of new customers
Continuous expansion of the customer and product portfolio as well as strategic development of existing and new markets
Communication and coordination of customer inquiries with internal interfaces (R&D, Procurement, Production, and Quality Management)
Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of customer and market potential (at trade fairs and seminars)
Management and execution of strategic customer projects
YOUR BACKGROUND
Completed relevant vocational training or degree (e.g. University) as well as professional experience as a KAM, Sales or Applications Manager in the food and beverage industry
Excellent knowledge of flavors, particularly sensory evaluation and application know-how
A confident manner, strong customer focus, and cross-cultural competence
Commercial mindset combined with strong numerical skills and a solid undestanding of cost-benefit ratios
Passion for FMCG and the perfect release of flavours in the final product
A proactive and autonomous work style, with the confidence to bring forward new and independent ideas
Willingness to travel (25%-50%), domestic and international, partially flexible
Fluency in German and English (negotiation level); further languages are a plus

Skills Required
