Design, build, test, deploy, and operate reusable enterprise integrations using Workato and modern APIs. Partner with engineering teams, define data flows and security models, create custom connectors and integration templates, and ensure production observability, testing, documentation, and support. Translate partner needs into product requirements, support sales proofs of concept, evaluate agent integration patterns, and use AI coding tools while validating security, correctness, and maintainability.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and operates reusable enterprise integrations using Workato and modern APIs. Responsibilities include developing custom connectors and data mappings, managing authentication, error handling, observability, security, and deployment practices, and collaborating with partner engineering, Product, Engineering, Alliances, and Solution Consulting teams. The role also provides technical scoping, proofs of concept, escalation support, documentation, and AI-assisted engineering while ensuring production quality and maintainability.

Manage a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers as a strategic advisor. Build executive relationships, develop success plans, drive product adoption and value realization, monitor customer health, mitigate risks, support retention and expansion, and identify upsell opportunities. Provide product demonstrations and consultative configuration guidance while coordinating with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and partners to resolve complex customer needs. Use data, customer insights, and AI-enabled tools to inform account strategy and improve customer outcomes.

Lead the strategy, architecture, administration, optimization, and integration of Agiloft’s Salesforce ecosystem. Gather requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, oversee data flows and connected services, guide Salesforce Administrators, manage vendors and implementation partners, and lead related projects. Ensure best practices, automation, system reliability, data accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated platforms.

Lead AI strategy and implementation for go-to-market teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Build and scale AI copilots, agents, RAG workflows, automations, and integrations that improve productivity, pipeline, customer outcomes, and revenue. Engage customers and sales teams to identify opportunities, manage an AI roadmap, monitor deployed solutions, ensure governance, coach AI builders, and translate AI capabilities into measurable business results.

Leads procurement-focused product strategy, customer implementations, sales motions, thought leadership, and ecosystem partnerships. Translates source-to-pay operational expertise into CLM product use cases, workflows, integrations, and adoption programs. Supports enterprise procurement opportunities, partners with product and professional services teams, trains customer-facing teams, develops procurement content, and represents the company at industry events. Requires extensive procurement transformation leadership and strong executive communication skills.

Own the architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and technical direction of critical AWS-based platform domains. Design distributed, event-driven backend services, data models, APIs, multi-tenant systems, and AI/ML infrastructure. Lead cross-team initiatives from design through release, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, improve observability and delivery practices, and guide modernization while maintaining product quality and cost efficiency.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Agiloft’s CLM platform, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Build pipeline, manage complex deals and buying committees, execute MEDDPICC-based close plans, deliver value-based presentations and demonstrations, coordinate RFPs, RFIs, and proof-of-concept evaluations, and maintain accurate forecasts. Partner with solutions consulting, marketing, professional services, and implementation teams while articulating the business value of AI-enabled contract management.

Own the architecture and development of critical backend and cloud platform domains. Design scalable, secure, multi-tenant distributed systems on AWS, including event-driven services, APIs, data models, and AI/ML infrastructure. Lead major initiatives from design through release, align cross-functional stakeholders, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive reliability, observability, security, and cost-efficiency improvements.
