Responsibilities include developing custom connectors and data mappings, managing authentication, error handling, observability, security, and deployment practices, and collaborating with partner engineering, Product, Engineering, Alliances, and Solution Consulting teams. The role also provides technical scoping, proofs of concept, escalation support, documentation, and AI-assisted engineering while ensuring production quality and maintainability.

Owns internal product launch readiness and enablement across Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. Responsibilities include managing release communications, launch calendars, readiness reviews, training, knowledge hubs, use-case programs, field feedback, reference customer engagements, and executive reporting. The role translates complex product updates into actionable commercial content and drives cross-functional alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement for B2B SaaS product releases.

Lead procurement product strategy for Agiloft’s contract lifecycle management platform. Define customer-focused use cases, own the roadmap, partner with engineering and design, establish measurable outcomes, and develop AI-driven procurement workflows. Build customer evidence, value propositions, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Serve as a procurement subject matter expert for customers, sales, marketing, partnerships, and internal stakeholders.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts by driving executive alignment, customer adoption, renewals, expansion revenue, and long-term value. Develop multi-year account strategies, lead complex SaaS and consumption-based sales cycles, manage MEDDPICC qualification, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Solution Consulting teams while forecasting pipeline, mitigating risks, governing AI token consumption, and influencing product and go-to-market strategy.

Own integrated demand generation and account-based marketing programs to create qualified B2B pipeline. Develop audience segmentation, campaign strategy, channel mix, personalization, and sales activation across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and partners to execute campaigns, measure pipeline impact, and optimize performance using data, intent signals, AI, and marketing technology.

Own day-to-day execution of the company’s partner-managed FedRAMP program. Translate FedRAMP and NIST requirements into actions, coordinate evidence collection and remediation, assess submission quality, track findings, manage shared-responsibility dependencies, and drive commitments across technical and business teams. Maintain program readiness, scope clarity, reporting, risk escalation, and continuous-monitoring activities while serving as the operational interface with external FedRAMP partners and assessors.

Own the architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and technical direction of critical AWS-based platform domains. Design distributed, event-driven backend services, data models, APIs, multi-tenant systems, and AI/ML infrastructure. Lead cross-team initiatives from design through release, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, improve observability and delivery practices, and guide modernization while maintaining product quality and cost efficiency.

Own the architecture and development of critical backend and cloud platform domains. Design scalable, secure, multi-tenant distributed systems on AWS, including event-driven services, APIs, data models, and AI/ML infrastructure. Lead major initiatives from design through release, align cross-functional stakeholders, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive reliability, observability, security, and cost-efficiency improvements.
