Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, compliance, and talent management. Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, manage government labor transactions and Saudization initiatives, lead employee relations and engagement, support employer branding, and supervise HR team members to align HR strategy with company goals in KSA.

Drive KSA market expansion by researching and qualifying opportunities across target sectors, creating pitch decks and proposals, supporting commercial bids, managing BD pipeline and stakeholder maps, and coordinating cross-functionally to advance localization goals.

Designs, implements, and maintains network infrastructure. Configures switches, routers, and firewalls; monitors and optimizes performance; performs upgrades and patch management; troubleshoots network issues; collaborates with IT teams; enforces security best practices and provides technical support.

Serve as the central coordinator for KSA operations, maintaining an opportunity tracker, liaising with government stakeholders, producing executive dashboards, enforcing project timelines with OpCos, identifying risks, and preserving project knowledge during transitions.

Perform budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, and performance reporting. Build complex models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, evaluate valuations and M&A opportunities, develop KPIs/dashboards, and provide insights to support strategic planning and management decisions.

Manage executive calendars and meeting/visit logistics for Riyadh HQ; coordinate office setup and daily operations; liaise with vendors, PROs and building management; host visiting stakeholders; plan events/workshops (catering, AV); maintain records, process expenses, arrange travel, and provide high-level administrative support to leadership.

Manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts to achieve strategic objectives and sales quotas. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, communicate regularly, address requests and complaints, propose solutions, liaise with internal teams, and identify new strategic customers to grow revenue.

Supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electromechanical systems. Train technicians, develop maintenance schedules, ensure safety compliance, document activities, and collaborate across departments to complete projects on time.

Manage, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Implement network designs, install and upgrade switches, routers, wireless devices, and security solutions. Diagnose and resolve routing, tunneling, and VoIP issues, follow IT security standards, and support team initiatives under manager guidance.

Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests; create test plans, cases and scripts; perform regression, functional, performance and security testing; log and track defects; liaise with developers and product managers; report test status and quality metrics; maintain and enhance automation frameworks.

Provide functional Costpoint expertise: configure and administer Deltek Costpoint and T&E, translate business requirements, perform health checks, support upgrades, troubleshoot with vendors, develop test plans, documentation, and training for financial modules including AP/AR/GL/projects/payroll/procurement.

Provide legal and transactional support for real estate and logistics park operations in KSA/MEA. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transaction documents (M&A, joint ventures, SPAs, NDAs). Advise on corporate structuring, governance, compliance, and regulatory changes. Conduct legal research, liaise with external parties, and assist with company secretarial matters.

Manage treasury back-office operations including large-value domestic and cross-border payments, payment controls, reconciliations, intercompany loans, trade finance issuance, treasury system administration (HSBCnet, IT2, TMS), month-/year-end reporting, and support process and system improvements including TMS implementation and automation.

Lead the design, build, security, and operation of the Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, collaboration, endpoint, and enterprise AI estate. Serve as technical authority, develop standards/runbooks, lead a small admin team, manage hybrid identity, Exchange, Teams voice, Intune, Defender, DNS/certificates, AI integrations, and respond to critical incidents.
