Monitors shipments from origin to destination, identifies and resolves delays, communicates shipment updates to customers, maintains accurate tracking records, analyzes logistics data, creates load-tracking spreadsheets, and reviews shipment paperwork. The role supports efficient pickup and delivery operations while coordinating warehouse and transportation activities.
