Lead legal strategy for a high-growth SaaS company, provide counsel on commercial and transactional agreements, partner with product and go-to-market teams to identify and mitigate legal risk, maintain legal documents and templates, and operate cross-functionally with executives.

Own and scale identity, endpoint, and SaaS infrastructure: administer Okta and Jamf, automate onboarding/offboarding, define IT KPIs, lead IT projects, support SOC 2 audits, troubleshoot identity/network/endpoint issues, and manage employee hardware and ticketing workflows.

Lead and grow backend and front-end engineering teams owning identity, authentication, APIs, payments, and integrations. Drive technical roadmap, oversee UAT/release and vulnerability remediation, embed AI-assisted tooling, partner with Product/CTO/Support/DevOps, and represent engineering externally.
