Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations with Workday Financials using C#/.NET, REST APIs, Azure, SQL, Workday Web Services, and EIBs. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, perform data mapping and validation, troubleshoot complex issues, manage CI/CD processes, and support Agile delivery. Provide technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, mentoring, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Analyze Medicaid policies and federal regulations, document current and future-state processes, gather and manage requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, support Agile implementation, develop test scenarios, assist with UAT and defect triage, maintain traceability, and identify process improvement opportunities. The consultant partners with compliance, legal, operations, quality assurance, technical teams, and project leadership on eligibility system modernization and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Lead business development across the Pacific Northwest: manage target accounts, prospect and close new clients, build outreach strategies, track pipelines and results, engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams to deliver consulting services, and occasionally travel to client sites to grow relationships and revenue.

The Executive Business Administrator will manage the GM's calendar, coordinate travel, prepare expense reports, and support team activities while ensuring compliance with administrative policies.
