The role requires shipping cost-effective ML systems at scale in a regulated, early-stage environment.

Founding People Ops Lead owns end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, HR compliance, office setup and day-to-day operations in Barcelona, finance ops coordination with external bookkeeper, and building internal AI agents to automate sourcing and recurring workflows.
