Create concepts, hooks, scripts, calls to action, and short-form videos for organic social and paid advertising. Film and edit content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, develop variations for testing, monitor platform trends, and produce engaging branded content optimized for retention and conversion. The role requires collaboration in person near Austin, responsiveness to feedback, and a portfolio of organic or paid social work.

Write and edit 800–5,000-word scripts for fast-paced, list-style YouTube entertainment videos. Research and fact-check topics, create compelling hooks, structure content for audience retention, and collaborate with production teams on titles, thumbnails, and pacing. Revise scripts using performance data and meet deadlines while maintaining concise, engaging writing. Experience with YouTube scripting is required; analytics, journalism, copywriting, broadcast writing, or trivia-related experience is preferred.

Develop and shape military-focused YouTube content: brainstorm video ideas, research topics, prepare interview questions, coordinate veteran guests, and occasionally appear on camera. Part-time, remote role with potential to grow full-time.

Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations: own supply chain from factory to customer, forecast demand, manage inventory, negotiate with international suppliers and freight, oversee 3PL and fulfillment, sync Amazon and DTC channels, build SOPs, dashboards, and scalable processes to improve margins and execution.

Design high-converting static creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) and channels including Amazon, landing pages, and email. Collaborate with growth, media buying, and creative teams to produce fast, iteration-driven ad variations, turn UGC and reviews into performance visuals, maintain brand identity, and use AI tools and modern workflows to scale creative testing and conversion-focused output.

Create fast-paced, conversion-focused paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Produce and iterate multiple ad variations, craft hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and CTAs to maximize CTR and ROAS. Collaborate with growth/media teams and analyze winning creatives to scale performance.
