Own finance and operations for a fast-growing consumer brand. Responsibilities include financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, margin and COGS analysis, bookkeeping oversight, cash management, inventory planning, supplier and purchase order management, 3PL performance, freight optimization, and building scalable finance and operations processes.

Own Afina’s e-commerce supply chain from international suppliers through freight, 3PL fulfillment, Amazon, and the company website. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, inventory planning, supplier and freight negotiation, fulfillment optimization, cost control, operational troubleshooting, and building scalable SOPs, dashboards, and processes. The role is remote and requires strong e-commerce operations experience across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL systems.

Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, cohorts, retention, profitability, and lifetime value to identify growth opportunities. Build dashboards, segmentation models, business cases, revenue scenarios, and market analyses supporting advertising, product development, category expansion, acquisitions, and strategic decisions. Present actionable insights directly to founders and leadership while improving analytics and reporting systems.
