Support Senior Territory Manager and Territory Manager in New Jersey by assisting with sales, designs/specifications, account development, client relationships, presentations, product training, reporting daily activities, and occasional overnight travel to meet quarterly targets.

Coordinate and maintain workplace safety programs: investigate incidents and near-misses, conduct employee safety training and toolbox talks, perform audits and inspections, monitor PPE use, recommend corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

Drive and grow sales within the Washington, DC and Baltimore territory by maintaining client relationships, opening new accounts, meeting quarterly targets, conducting presentations and trainings, managing territory schedules and budgets, and reporting daily activities while traveling within the territory.

Define roadmaps, translate market and dealer insights into product requirements, manage cross-functional launches, support sales and dealers, track business cases, and drive product training and positioning to deliver competitive, profitable products.

Drive CaseWorks revenue by supporting dealers and AIS Sales during architectural pre-construction and bidding. Provide technical guidance, project qualification, targeted training on bid methods and installation, consult with architects/contractors, translate customer requirements into AIS capabilities and pricing, and execute sales and dealer training.
