Creates 3D CAD models for standard and custom casegoods, prepares approval drawings and bills of materials, links models to ERP systems, optimizes materials, develops CNC programs, and supports production teams with assembly and machining questions. The role requires cabinet design, engineering, industrial woodworking machinery, and manufacturing documentation expertise.

Unload, sort, label/scan incoming materials from containers and deliveries; palletize inventory; maintain aisle and building cleanliness and safety; flex into other warehouse tasks as needed.

Supervise ~20+ production employees to meet production/shipping dates, maintain quality and safety, train staff, enforce plant rules, coordinate with teams, and implement LEAN improvements.
