Unload, sort, label/scan incoming materials from containers and deliveries; palletize inventory; maintain aisle and building cleanliness and safety; flex into other warehouse tasks as needed.

Supervise ~20+ production employees to meet production/shipping dates, maintain quality and safety, train staff, enforce plant rules, coordinate with teams, and implement LEAN improvements.

Support engineering by creating and detailing drawings, maintaining PDM and BOMs, building assemblies, preparing spreadsheets, executing test orders, managing product labeling, and assisting NPI and ECN/ECR processes. Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate manufacturing documentation and testing of new products. Excel proficiency required; AutoCAD/SolidWorks familiarity preferred.
