Supervise ~20+ production employees to meet production/shipping dates, maintain quality and safety, train staff, enforce plant rules, coordinate with teams, and implement LEAN improvements.

Serve as executive finance leader directing financial strategy, accounting, FP&A, treasury, audit, compliance, and analytics for a manufacturing company. Lead ERP (Epicor) implementation, drive operational finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and KPI-driven decision-making. Partner with CEO, parent company, and cross-functional teams to support growth, acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement while building and developing a high-performing finance organization.
