Handles member credit and debit card disputes, chargebacks, representments, and pre-arbitration while following Visa and regulatory guidelines. Provides card account support to branch personnel and members, maintains card accounts, processes replacements and limit changes, manages lost or stolen cards, and supports rewards inquiries. Produces embossed cards, performs audits, reconciles reports, follows security procedures, and provides backup support.

Owns the enterprise data supply chain strategy and portfolio of data products, ensuring reliable, standardized, governed, and actionable data across business domains. Responsibilities include managing data flows, aligning data products with enterprise architecture, supporting data mesh evolution, enforcing governance standards, stewarding critical data assets, and driving adoption and reuse. The role partners with architecture, governance, risk, compliance, and audit teams and requires financial services knowledge plus experience with data engineering and analytics technologies.
