Designs standard, modified, and bespoke mechanical seals for specialized equipment and applications. Creates test equipment, SAP material codes, and bills of materials. Supports customers, sales, assembly, inspection, testing, and application engineering teams. Resolves engineering issues, breakdowns, and seal performance problems, including failure analysis. Develops design procedures and interprets technical drawings while ensuring compliance with ISO processes.

Develops industrial sales and strategic customer accounts across assigned territories. Presents technical solutions, prepares quotations, maintains the sales pipeline, conducts customer and prospect calls, identifies opportunities, performs site audits, recommends improvements, supports project justifications with ROI calculations, coordinates training, monitors competition, and contributes to sales planning, budgeting, and inventory projections. The role focuses on industrial equipment markets including oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper, mining, and water and wastewater.

Leads regional sales growth by managing distributors, sales representatives, customer relationships, pipelines, pricing strategies, and new account development. Builds and coaches a productive sales team, presents technical value propositions, monitors competitive markets, supports inventory planning, recommends marketing strategies, prepares budgets and reports, and collaborates with senior leadership to execute company-wide goals.

Designs and modifies mechanical seals for customer equipment, creating 2D/3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Reviews dimensions and tolerances, supports seal conversions and custom designs, evaluates legacy and competitor products, assists sales with quotations, and coordinates with manufacturing. Maintains revisions and technical databases while supporting testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities.

Operates CNC and conventional machine tools to produce precision parts from blueprints and drawings. Responsibilities include machine setup assistance, loading parts, proving programs, setting offsets, making simple edits, milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, inspection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Lead territory sales across North America by developing new business, managing key accounts, delivering technical presentations, mentoring junior sellers, coordinating with engineering, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, and improving sales processes to meet monthly targets.

Identify and qualify leads, build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across industrial sectors, manage CRM and pipeline, collaborate with sales teams for handoffs, execute territory sales plans and campaigns, meet sales targets, conduct consultative selling, provide commercial and contractual oversight, and remain current on industry trends and compliance.
