Lead territory sales across North America by developing new business, managing key accounts, delivering technical presentations, mentoring junior sellers, coordinating with engineering, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, and improving sales processes to meet monthly targets.

Set up, program-prove, operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts from prints. Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring and inspection, read blueprints, apply G/M code and geometric tolerances, perform preventative maintenance, follow safety/lockout procedures, and ensure quality to company specifications.

Identify and qualify leads, build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across industrial sectors, manage CRM and pipeline, collaborate with sales teams for handoffs, execute territory sales plans and campaigns, meet sales targets, conduct consultative selling, provide commercial and contractual oversight, and remain current on industry trends and compliance.
