Develops and executes territory growth plans, builds industrial customer relationships, generates and qualifies sales opportunities, delivers technical presentations, prepares proposals, manages CRM pipelines and forecasts, negotiates commercial terms, and achieves revenue and margin objectives. The role promotes reliability services, products, software, consultancy, and training while coordinating technical and operational teams. Regular travel to customer and industrial sites is required, including demonstrations, surveys, events, and occasional overnight travel.

Provides first- and second-line IT support to North American users, diagnosing hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Responsibilities include helpdesk ticket management, hardware and software installation, system maintenance, backups, network checks, incident and change management, escalation, user training, and technical project support. The role also contributes to global IT best practices and procedures.

Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, cash management, reconciliations, payment processing, collections, reporting, audits, budgeting, journal posting, and general accounting activities. Assists with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations while maintaining financial confidentiality and providing administrative support to the Finance team.
