Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots global data center network, server, Linux, storage, and optical infrastructure. Participates in on-call support and infrastructure operations 24/7.

Provide Level 2/3 support for a research laboratory team, focusing on Linux and operating system support, AWS troubleshooting, scripting, and grid computing. Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Amazon Linux, Red Hat, or CentOS environments using Python, AWS EC2, S3, Auto Scaling, Sun Grid Engine, and related orchestration tools.

The consultant participates in deployments, repairs, on-call escalation, and 24/7 infrastructure support while collaborating with global teams, service providers, and colocation facilities.

Develop and support Oracle ERP and HRMS solutions, including Oracle HCM implementations, eBusiness Suite module configurations, extensions, and related infrastructure. Apply strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, perform basic analysis, follow program development methodologies, and support modules such as HR, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, Advanced Benefits, and Time and Labor.

Supports and manages enterprise firewalls, WAN/LAN networks, wireless services, monitoring systems, and related infrastructure. Configures Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto firewalls; performs upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, alert administration, and security management. Maintains compliance with CFR 23 Part 11 and HIPAA procedures, including documentation, change control, and governance. Integrates voice, data, video, and remote-access services while supporting network hardware and protocols.
