Prepare quarterly and annual reports, flash financial statements, management packages, reconciliations, and audit support. Coordinates payroll information between Finance and Human Resources, produces statistical reports, supervises and trains payroll staff, and resolves complex payroll issues. Requires strong communication, reporting, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with multi-state payroll experience.

Designs and reviews 3D CAD models, mechanical components, aircraft installations, and detailed engineering drawings. Ensures designs meet strength, manufacturability, FAA, and certification requirements for STC and PMA applications. Supports testing, equipment integration, aircraft and customer site surveys, troubleshooting, and certified documentation. Collaborates with manufacturing, certification, and quality teams to develop compliant engineering solutions.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, expense reports, confidential communications, executive files, board activities, meetings, and corporate events. The role requires proactive problem-solving, contact management, process improvement, and independent prioritization while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Lead technical projects related to aircraft records management, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records, and overseeing audit processes. Manage staff training and address industry challenges while developing new processes for efficiency.

Sources and purchases aerospace materials and components, manages RFQs and purchase orders, negotiates supplier terms, expedites deliveries, and coordinates with production, engineering, quality, and materials teams. Maintains purchasing, inventory, cost, supplier, and traceability records while supporting receiving, inventory control, production schedules, and compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, PMA, ESD, and company quality requirements.

Designs, tests, and documents new aircraft component products and tooling. Produces validation and engineering reports, supports quality investigations, performs stress/FEA/fatigue analysis, applies GD&T, programs in LabVIEW for complex tests, interfaces with customers, maintains project records, and trains shop technicians.

Manage and grow key aviation aftermarket accounts, develop new business, provide timely quotes, participate in RFPs and contract pricing, cross-sell AerSale divisions, and maintain responsive customer communication while supporting marketing and field activities.

The Receiving Lead oversees the inspection and processing of incoming materials, managing the Receiving Department to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely processing of workloads.
