Leads the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team within a global SRE organization. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, prioritization, operational excellence, incident response, reliability improvements, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires technical depth in Kubernetes, containerized platforms, public cloud, observability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automation, along with experience managing distributed engineering teams supporting business-critical production systems.

Leads manual and automated testing for scalable software products, including test planning, strategy, framework development, regression testing, defect resolution, and release validation. Collaborates with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams; investigates customer issues; coordinates hotfixes; mentors junior QA engineers; and uses generative AI and LLMs to author tests, improve automation, and increase coverage.

Supports enterprise software sales by presenting Aera’s Decision Intelligence platform, conducting tailored demos, leading proofs of concept and value, facilitating workshops, developing ROI analyses and business cases, responding to proposals and RFx requests, and defining deployment roadmaps. Partners with sales, product management, marketing, delivery, and customer success teams while engaging technical and executive stakeholders. The role requires supply chain expertise, consultative communication, and approximately 25% travel.
