The role focuses on consultative selling, developing executive relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, managing pipelines, creating account strategies, closing strategic deals, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will advise senior stakeholders on AI, analytics, operations, supply chain, and digital transformation while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver client value and upsells. Frequent travel is required, with the candidate based in Monterrey or Mexico City.

Responsibilities include acquiring large enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts, managing executive relationships, developing strategic transformation roadmaps, articulating platform value, building pipelines, closing strategic deals, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires consultative, outcome-based selling to senior business and technology stakeholders, close collaboration across teams, and frequent travel.

Leads the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team within a global SRE organization. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, prioritization, operational excellence, incident response, reliability improvements, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires technical depth in Kubernetes, containerized platforms, public cloud, observability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automation, along with experience managing distributed engineering teams supporting business-critical production systems.
