Monitor borrower and portfolio performance, market developments, waivers, amendments, and restructuring activity. Support credit approvals, portfolio reporting, valuation analysis, stakeholder relationships, and investment committee presentations while working with portfolio managers, research analysts, banks, borrowers, and legal advisers.

Perform complex accounting for partnership and investment-related transactions, prepare financial statements and statutory reporting, analyze variances and accounting topics, improve processes and controls, develop reports, assist with divisional budgets, and potentially supervise or train other accountants.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for Transamerica Asset Management, driving talent management, organizational design, leadership coaching, performance and change management, employee relations, total rewards guidance, and engagement initiatives to align HR strategies with business objectives.
