The role is remote in the U.S. with occasional travel and requires operating independently in a startup environment.

Lead architecture and development of secure, scalable systems; set technical standards; mentor engineers; contribute to code for complex areas; align engineering with product and regulatory needs; evaluate new technologies and support hiring and culture.

Full-cycle enterprise sales role owning a greenfield territory across pharma, biotech, and AI/TechBio accounts. Responsible for prospecting, qualification, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, managing long sales cycles, forecasting in Salesforce, and partnering with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and leadership.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable Elixir/Python applications for a medical imaging data platform. Lead architecture discussions, own projects end-to-end, mentor engineers, improve system performance and reliability, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into production solutions.
