Provides Tier 2 support for an integrated robotic retinal camera and software platform used in clinical settings. Troubleshoots hardware, software, image quality, connectivity, EHR, and workflow issues; documents complaints under medical-device quality regulations; supports Customer Success with training and knowledge resources; and leads product operations, tooling, trend analysis, and cross-functional improvement projects.

Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Managing Partner, advancing strategic priorities across company formation, portfolio strategy, financings, partnerships, recruiting, and organizational development. Prepare analyses and communications, coordinate stakeholders, establish owners and timelines, resolve blockers, manage commitments, and ensure follow-through. The role combines high-level strategic thinking with detailed execution across Aegis Ventures, its portfolio companies, investors, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.

Owns U.S. customer and commercial operations for a growing healthcare technology company. Responsibilities include forecasting camera demand, managing hardware logistics and servicing, overseeing customer contracts and data rights, building contracting workflows, managing legacy obligations, creating SOPs, and automating processes with AI tooling. The role is remote in the U.S. with occasional travel and requires operating independently in a startup environment.
