Drive sales growth across LATAM by developing aviation, military, government, and bulk fuel accounts. Build customer relationships, identify new opportunities, negotiate profitable deals, meet sales targets, maintain Salesforce records, prepare quotes, monitor credit, manage territory coverage, and represent the company at industry events.

Leads global income tax compliance, including U.S. partnership returns, international affiliate filings, tax provisions, ASC 740 reporting, tax disclosures, and SOX controls. Advises executives on M&A tax matters, global structuring, intercompany arrangements, and business initiatives. Oversees external advisors, monitors tax law changes, improves compliance processes, and provides strategic leadership across multinational tax operations.

Manages Ground Support Equipment inventory, transportation, tracking, inspections, maintenance coordination, and operational readiness across aviation locations. The role maintains accurate asset and maintenance records, reports equipment status and issues, coordinates repairs and transfers, prepares management reports, and ensures compliance with airport, FAA, OSHA, DOT, safety, and company requirements. The specialist also supports daily aviation operations and continuous improvement efforts.

Supports the U.S. workforce across onboarding, HRIS administration, employee lifecycle transactions, benefits administration, HR reporting, compliance, and change management. Maintains accurate employee records, administers ADP Workforce Now, prepares workforce analytics, coordinates benefits with brokers and carriers, supports policy and system implementations, improves HR processes, and advises employees and managers on routine HR matters.

Manage sales and supply growth across Australia and New Zealand aviation markets. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, identifying prospects, negotiating and closing deals, managing proposals and RFPs, maintaining sales forecasts and CRM reporting, analyzing market and competitive trends, preparing commercial business cases, and representing the company at industry events. The role supports airline, business aviation, general aviation, government, fixed-base operator, and airport authority accounts.

Supports Contract to Billing process improvement and systems transformation initiatives. Documents current and future-state workflows, gathers business and functional requirements, creates process maps and procedures, identifies process gaps, supports system migrations and user acceptance testing, validates data, tracks improvements, and helps monitor operational performance. Works cross-functionally with Billing, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Business Transformation teams.

Leads U.S. indirect tax operations, including fuel excise tax and sales and use tax compliance, planning, audits, filings, and regulatory assessments. Develops tax policies, manages compliance calendars, advises cross-functional teams, drives automation and process improvements, and supervises indirect tax professionals. Requires deep knowledge of U.S. indirect tax laws, fuel tax compliance, tax systems, and team leadership.
