Provide telephone-based client support, arrange appointments, collect feedback, maintain and update client records/databases, manage diary bookings using Outlook, and perform general administrative tasks to support the Contact Centre team. Work includes occasional Saturday cover and participation in Zoom interviews.

Provide one-to-one support to Buckinghamshire residents to identify career goals, create action plans, search for jobs and training, motivate clients, manage a caseload, and work with partners to remove barriers to employment. May require enhanced DBS check.

Provide information, advice and guidance to adults about learning, career pathways and employment. Empower customers to overcome barriers, manage relationships, and deliver services via telephone, web, group and face-to-face channels, sometimes in community partner venues. Work remotely as required and may undertake IAG qualification if a trainee.
