Job Description

Key Worker: ‘Building Better Opportunities Project,’ Buckinghamshire

£22,700 to £28,578 dependent upon qualifications and experience

Based at Market House, Aylesbury

Full or part-time hours available

The Role:  We are looking for a Key worker to help people with job searches, seeking out employment opportunities and training/further education options, for the Buckinghamshire community.

The Key worker will be working with individuals to identify what their career goals are and to create a plan to reflect these.

The Key worker should have the skills to be able to support individuals and to encourage and motivate so that each person on your caseload reaches a successful end to their journey.

The Person: This is a highly rewarding role for the correct applicant.  We are looking for individuals with the passion and commitment to help others.  You will be flexible and adaptable. 

You will be keen to create and to deliver new and innovative ways of working. You will have a recognised Level 3/4 Information Advice and Guidance (or equivalent) qualification.

The Project: ‘Building Better Opportunities’ in Buckinghamshire targets working with individuals to overcome barriers, as well as to support and to further develop the key organisations and partners in the network.

Adviza are the lead partner for the Building Futures project within Buckinghamshire, which is Big Lottery Fund & ESF Funded. The individual will be fully funded by ESF & Big Lottery Fund.
