Oversee brake pad production to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Manage staffing, training, daily meetings, reporting (OA), scrap reduction, preventative maintenance coordination, process improvements, and regulatory/environmental/safety compliance.

Lead and maintain EHS programs at a manufacturing facility: enforce safety rules, deliver trainings, conduct incident investigations and ISO 14001 internal audits, manage environmental compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT), maintain records and metrics, administer workers' compensation, and drive carbon-reduction and hazard-control initiatives.

Designs and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes, leads process improvements, supports new product launches, creates process documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow), and trains production teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Supervise evening-shift production (20–30 operators), manage scheduling, training, performance reviews, and adherence to safety, quality, productivity, and 5S. Meet production schedules, resolve abnormal conditions, drive continuous improvement, and communicate across the organization.

Develop and maintain quality control processes for automotive brake manufacturing. Conduct inspections and testing, perform root cause analysis, manage supplier quality, support new product launches, drive continuous improvement, analyze warranty/customer feedback, and produce quality metrics and reports to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Support development of quality systems, supplier process improvement, and internal manufacturing quality. Create sampling plans, evaluate test equipment accuracy, manage discrepant material disposition, compile training, lead quality testing activities, and apply APQP/PPAP/FMEA/IATF16949, SPC, MSA, DOE and GD&T practices.

Lead quality assurance for mass-production brake systems: manage customer/supplier interactions, run prototype/pre-production evaluations, perform root-cause analysis, audits, and drive continuous improvement across ADVICS North American plants, tracking program status and resolving customer quality issues.

Provide day-to-day HR support for manufacturing employees including recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll assistance, FMLA/leave management, employee-relations, compliance, training tracking, investigations, and HR policy implementation to support retention and workforce development.
