Lead production control and warehouse planning, manage inventory and mass production build-outs, track shipments, maintain master data, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through digital solutions (Power Platform, BI) and cross-functional cost reduction initiatives to improve planning accuracy and on-time delivery.

Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) executive and HR administrative support for ADVICS North America, coordinating expat onboarding, immigration and relocation, managing personnel records, translating documents, supporting the President, processing HR invoices via Concur, and maintaining pool vehicle records.

Support OEM development of automotive brake subsystems by coordinating engineering activities, schedules, testing, and supplier launches. Assist cross-functional teams, track engineering changes and risks, prepare reports and meeting documentation, and provide basic technical support for quoting and customer activities. Hybrid role with some lab and travel responsibilities.
