Provides direct therapy under BCBA supervision to help children develop cognitive, language, self-help, social, and motor skills. Collaborates with therapists, educators, and social workers, organizes individual programs and data, trains students and families, maintains classroom hygiene and confidentiality, and supports multidisciplinary care coordination.

Oversees nursing unit operations including hiring, staff education, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, budget management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Provides direct patient care: assessment, individualized care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
