Respond to consumer inquiries, schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, document interactions in CRM/EHR, resolve issues, follow workflows and scripting, meet quality and productivity targets, and support department scheduling and resource utilization.

Builds and maintains relationships with physicians and healthcare practices to support hospital growth. Develops and executes physician marketing strategies, tracks referrals and opportunities, manages budgets, communicates physician concerns to administrators, and promotes hospital services. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, sales, organizational, and healthcare market knowledge. It also involves travel between hospitals and physician offices, event planning, and generating new referral sources.

Leads organizational learning and development strategy, professional development programs, career pathways, and learning initiatives. Conducts needs assessments, analyzes workforce data, manages project teams, develops external partnerships, measures program effectiveness, and advises leaders on learning solutions and organizational change. Requires healthcare learning experience, management experience, strong facilitation and presentation skills, project management capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
