Register patients, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, perform Medicare compliance reviews, create financial estimates, collect payments or set up payment plans, and coordinate with utilization management. Flexible PRN scheduling with varied shifts and occasional short-notice availability required.

Leads and improves the Infection Prevention and Control program across the facility by conducting surveillance, audits, risk assessments, and education; analyzes data to detect trends/outbreaks, supports antimicrobial stewardship, collaborates with public health and clinical teams, and drives quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Provide pediatric clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management, patient/family education, participation in interdisciplinary rounds, stewardship and safety programs, compounding/dispensing/verification, pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring, supervision and mentoring of pharmacy staff and trainees, use of EHR and pharmacy informatics, and participation in quality improvement and regulatory activities.
