Onsite Controller for a Northern Bay Area commercial construction firm. Manage construction accounting including job costing, P&L, budgets, projects, union payroll and fringe benefits, insurance audits/claims, company tax preparation, incident reporting, and lead financial decision-making. Requires strong communication, accuracy, independence, and proficiency with MS Office and construction accounting software.

Lead IT strategy and operations, overseeing network, communications, infrastructure, internal/external systems, IT staff and PM teams. Manage vendor relationships, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, NIST compliance, change control, Microsoft (on-premise/hybrid and Azure) services including SharePoint and Office 365, budgeting, and technology selection to meet business needs.

Manage and organize client financials for closely held businesses. Perform full-charge bookkeeping, maintain the general ledger, prepare financial statements, support multiple client companies, work onsite at client locations, and communicate with client teams. Ensure organization and timely completion of accounting tasks using QuickBooks and Excel.
