Manage accounting engagements for closely held businesses, overseeing compilation, review, and audit projects; prepare reviewed/compiled financial statements; organize client assignments and financials; interact with CFOs and owners; coach, mentor, and direct team members to meet client and firm goals; use recognized tax, audit and accounting software.

Prepare complex corporate and high-net-worth individual tax returns, assist the accounting team, support mentoring and promotion paths, and use tax software (CCH ProSystem/Axcess or Lacerte) and MS Office. Role is primarily remote but requires Bay Area candidates able to work on-site as needed.

Lead IT strategy and operations, overseeing network, communications, infrastructure, internal/external systems, IT staff and PM teams. Manage vendor relationships, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, NIST compliance, change control, Microsoft (on-premise/hybrid and Azure) services including SharePoint and Office 365, budgeting, and technology selection to meet business needs.
