Supports transactional accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, audit requests, and general ledger accuracy for assigned legal entities. Applies GAAP and internal controls, investigates discrepancies, maintains accounting documentation, and assists with financial statements and management reporting. Collaborates with accounting teams and stakeholders while developing knowledge of fund accounting, entity structures, operating agreements, and accounting systems.

Source new investment opportunities by conducting outreach and building relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and business operators. Evaluate debt and equity investments through financial analysis, modeling, industry research, and due diligence. Assist with transaction negotiation and structuring, and prepare and present investment memoranda. The role offers exposure to private equity deal execution and requires strong communication, initiative, organization, autonomy, and teamwork.

Support compliance reporting and tracking by collecting and organizing transaction and program documentation, coordinating internal and external reporting, assisting with state and federal agency correspondence and filings, researching transactional data, and tracking reporting requirements and deadlines.
