The role offers exposure to private equity deal execution and requires strong communication, initiative, organization, autonomy, and teamwork.

Support compliance reporting and tracking by collecting and organizing transaction and program documentation, coordinating internal and external reporting, assisting with state and federal agency correspondence and filings, researching transactional data, and tracking reporting requirements and deadlines.
